My experience with that company and it's personnel was excellent

My Low Fluid level came on and was flashing. When I returned home I looked at the fluid level in the recovery bottle and noticed that it was extremely dirty. But with adequate fluid. The next morning I opened the radiator cap and saw the the fluid level here was good as well. But noticed an oil film at around the neck where the cap goes. I Contacted Dv at Express Auto Service and he said to bring it by and he would check it out at no cost to me. It was determined that the oil in the cooling system was from an improper flush done at another place of business. And this oil film had contaminated the sensor. It appeared that the dirty recovery bottle would be a continuing problem. So a replacement was ordered as was the new sensor and installed. While waiting for parts they checked the rear brakes at my request and while checking the rest of the car noted that one of the tie rod ends was defective. Upon being informed of this I authorized the replacement and also had them flush my brake system. And replaced the brake fluid which was completely shot. I was also informed that I am in need of new valve cover gaskets due to leakage. But will have this taken care of at a later date. They are extremely professional, and honest. Explaining any discrepancies that they find and will also show the customer what they are talking about. So that they have a visual knowledge of the work required. I am really impressed with everything about this establishment. And would highly recommend them to anyone. They specialize in Hondas, Toyota's and other foreign vehicles. But have been extremely competent with my 1971 Chevy truck and the 1999 Buick Regal that I had worked on yesterday. In this day and age it is refreshing to find a business such as this one where you don't have to worry about being sold unnecessary services.
