We read several other great reviews for Eastridge Animal Hospital and decided to set an appointment after having a bad experience at another vet's office. Our two little kittens are just over a 6 weeks old and need special care because they are sick and are having a hard time breathing. The staff at Eastridge Animal Hospital is very friendly, professional, and most importantly show genuine care and love towards the pets they treat. The prices were more than fair and they did not proscribe our pets unnecessary medications like other vets. Eastridge Animal Hospital is highly recommended!!!

We have been using this provider for years. They are about average on their price, they don't over charge. They are pretty good on their responsiveness. They are good with my pet. The wait time was ten minutes from when I first got there. They are close to my house, we've been going there forever. We have been going to the same place for thirty years.

The doctor provided our older dog with NSAID following a dental procedure. We told her on the follow up that something was wrong and he was vomiting and stopped eating for three days. She told us not to worry. The following morning we grew even more concerned as his behavior had changed he was a very sick doggie. We took him to the Pet emergency center. It was discovered that likely the NSAID had aggravated an existing ulcer. He passed away in 48 hours due to sepsis. They did everything they could for him. Don't let your dogs have NSAIDS if you suspect any stomach problems and be sure to tell the vet. We had no idea. I am writing this to advertise this innocent pill could hold deadly consequences. Just beware, I don't want anyone else to go through what we did. Dr Reese is a good doctor. It's a shame for what had to happen.

This was our first time. We came in for a check up and vaccinations.
We were helped in a timely manner but never felt rushed. When we voiced concerns Dr. Reese was and quot;wait and observeand quot; rather than and quot;every test under the Sunand quot;!! We really appreciate the way we were educated on how to take the best care of our cats in the most economical manner.
A very caring staff made this a very good experience for both us and our two cats.

They are new. They do a good job for a good price. They recently changed ownership and there are female veterinarians primarily right now. My dog doesn't like people messing with her feet but they were able to do that and that's the only place I can get it done. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and very good. They have a bird that was there when they bought the clinic, I don't know how old the bird is but it's a talking bird so it entertains us while we are waiting. The environment is very good. I like the way they weigh the animals because that's always a problem trying to get the dog on the scale and then to stand still. They have the scale built into the hallway, so when we walk in down the hallway we have them stop over the part that's got the scale in which doesn't look like a scale so it is easier to get them weighed. It's clean. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Reese is very caring and takes extra time to explain everything she thinks should be done in treating our dogs and cats and also explains the science if you want to know. She always suggests the least expensive treatment to start when it's appropriate. Prices at Eastridge are half what they would be anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful and caring, just like Dr. Reese. The waiting room is fun: they have a television that shows You Tube videos about animals and also run useful health tips for animals. I can't say enough about how special Eastridge Animal Hospital is.

The office was very friendly and professional. What I liked about the visit is how Dr. Reese interacted with my dog. My dog is shy and skiddish. Dr. Reese sat on the floor because she believes it helps the pets not feel beneath them. I also sat on the floor which helped ease my dog's discomfort. This gives the doctor and pet a less submissive interaction.. My dog reacted very well to this visit. Dr. Reese had an opportunity to observe my dog in a and quot;naturaland quot; and more comfortable setting. I had a friend with me and she agreed if she had a pet, she would bring her pet to this practice. I referred another friend to Dr. Reese and she has never been happier. Her dog's response and behavior is very positive.

The office visit and follow-up went very well. Dr. Reese cares so much about her patients. She takes the time to explain the biology of the animal and how it works in easy to understand language. And her staff is also very patient friendly. I've offered to pay Dr. Reese for follow-up consultations by phone since it's not easy trip for us to get Sassy into the office: (90 minutes one-way). She has refused these offers of payments. On top of that, her fees are half what we would pay elsewhere. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Reese and her staff are.
