Overall, this experience was the best in obtaining a certified home inspection. Bill's dozens of years of experience and his ability to refer for major or minor issues is unmatched. The inspection lasted about an hour, pointed the immediate details for me to repair and explained, patiently and in lehman's terms, what I needed to do prior to moving in our home.

WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE. NOT ONLY WAS HE THOROUGH BUT VERY HONEST ABOUT THE ISSUES THAT HE DISCOVERED. HE ALSO GAVE ADVICE ON HOME IMPROVEMENTS THAT CAN BE DONE THAT WOULDN'T COST SO MUCH.
