Everything they do is quick. They get you in and out. Thier owner is extremely personable and treats his customers very well. Very professional service. They always do a good job and often go above and beyond. Overall just good quick service at a fair price. His ability to assist the customer is outstanding. For example he has a couple of vehicles that he has been holding onto for some deployed servicemen free of charge.

The visit went very well.  I arrived before my appointed time, checked in and they immediately took my truck into the shop.  I enjoyed a good conversation with the Office people and the Smog Test was completed, with all necessary documentation, and I was out in about 30 minutes.

C&D will be my automotive maintenance/repair shop from now on!

To start things off C & D actually answered their phone to provide me with their availability or lack thereof.  They were available so I took my Toyota Corolla in for an oil change.  They were very personable and came off as an extremely professional operation.  I say this because they had good looking business cards, nice pens, and a clean/organized office space.  The oil change took an appropriate amount of time and led to the normal laundry list of repair tasks.  I was pleased with how I was treated and confident with the work done on my vehicle but was moderately disappointed by the $40+ price point.  Being that I was servicing my Corolla I would have been just as well served hitting up the $20 joint down the street.  However, if I was taking my 1966 Mercury Cyclone you better believe I would NOT be hitting up the $20 joint and WOULD be trusting C & D, they were that kind of place.

I made an appointment for service and within minutes after arriving my car was in the bay and being serviced. The work was completed in the estimated time and price. It was a pleasure to do have my car serviced at C&D Auto Care.

C&D Auto is open on SATURDAY!!  I am really grateful for that. The Honda is a work car and is parked on the street or in a lot. It broke just a few hours before, and I was able to get it repaired the same day.
    

The gentleman who assisted us took the time to answer questions. There is a clear price list on the wall, The office is very clean with a comfortable area to wait.

They where very professional and explained everything. Turns out the sensor was dirty which made it look like something was wrong. In the past I have gone to places where they make up all kinds of things that are wrong with it. Then a few days later something else goes wrong.

The service was good, a bit slower than usual (had to wait beyond the projected hour) but they got right on it when I returned from grabbing breakfast down the road. They told me that the steering column sound was "cosmetic" and advised me to take care of more pressing issues when my budget allows. I feel like they give me straight up answers about what is urgent and what can wait.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's list which provided the oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection for one price.  I made an appointment, and brought in the car.  I have used this mechanic before, and am always impressed with the thoroughness of the work, the attention to detail and the willingness to spend time with me in discussing my options.  On this visit, I was not disappointed.  I dropped the car off the night before and waited the next day for feedback.   The inspection turned up some issues, including some leaking from the engine area, and a couple of minor things.  I guess my only complaint is that when I came to pick it up, none of the things were corrected (probably a miscommunication on our part).  The result is that I will have to bring it in again for these main things.  Nevertheless, I will continue to use this company for my car needs.  They are fair, and will not force you to do things which are not necessary.

As far as auto repairs places goes, this was an excellent experience. The customer service is top notch. They fully explain everything in detail and let you make the decisions from there. I had everything done that they said needed to be done and I am very happy with the work performed. Special shout out to Bobby who was great on the phone giving updates and explaining everything.

The whole way through I felt they were upfront. They also took the time to explain everything and answer even my dumb questions (I'm not a mechanic by any stretch of the imagination). The price was very reasonable. I will be going back with any of my future issues.

I took my car in for two reasons.  The first was it had started  running "rough" when idling at lights.  The second was it needed to be smogged.  I knew I would have to leave it overnight, possibly even a day or two.  He gave me an initial diagnosis of the trouble, explained everything carefully, and answered all my questions.  However, with the smog, he said his machine was down.  It was being worked on, but it might not be up in time.  I had a deadline to meet for smog.  He said not to worry, that if his machine didn't come up and working, he would take my car to another tester nearby and smog it there, if that was alright with me.  He said it would not cost me any more than normal.  In years past, I have never had a tester (other cities) offer to take my car to another test facility when their machines were down.  Amazing service.
 Initially, the car would not pass smog.  He said that actually, the problem wasn't with the car, but with the car's computer.  The car actually ran fine for emissions and would pass smog, but because the computer said something was wrong with the car, it wouldn't let the smog test either proceed or pass (I don't recall which, as it has been a while.)  Apparently, on these new cars, if the gas cap is ever not on tight enough, an engine error light comes on.  In the past, that had been one of the first issues I had had with the car.  He said that tends to mess up the computer and can cause problems down the road, exactly as it did in my case.  He gave me an estimate and worse case scenario.  He did the repair and it passed smog without problems.
In subsequent conversations with others, everything he said and did was confirmed as accurate.  I can't say enough good about C & D Auto Care.  I was lucky enough to be referred to them by another long-time and loyal customer.  It is rare to find an auto repair place that not only care about their customers, but knows what they are doing.          
I highly recommend C & D Auto Care for repairs, service, and smog.

It went very well from scheduling to the service itself.  The cost was less than what I would have paid at the Toyota dealership.  Also, I did not feel pressured to have additional work done as frequently happens at the Toyota dealership.  I was pleased about that and my car is performing very well.

went well... i dropped the car off in morning and they called to let me know what was wrong and gave me a quote.. i called around and they were indeed cheaper than other places..

Vehicle was having intermittant starting problems. Vic quickly diagnosed dproblem to fuel pump. Reapirs were done promptly. Very reasonable rates

My experience with C & D Auto Care Company has been excellent.  They are very responsive.  The quality of the service they provide is excellent.  I plan on using them again.

The quality of work was really good. Their service was very good. Their price was reasonable. I have no complains. They met my expectations. They have been recommended by Angie’s list. I would use them in future.

I felt they are very fair.  They explain what needs to be done.   If you don’t want to do something at that time they will give you options.   You would get to talk to the people who are actually doing the work instead of some middle man person.  I had a weird sound and I did not know what it was so they drove with me on the freeway to listen to the sound.  Then they gave me suggestions on what to do.   They seem to be very personable and fair.  I will continue to use them in the future.

I was told that I needed brake fluid flush,claiming the fluid had 2% moisture . That procedure was done 3 months earlier . I don't know of any test that can determine the moisture of a oil based fluid. That cost $20.00 for the fluid and $50.00 for the labor. That's $70 for a brake fluid flush.

C&D was quick and thorough. It was clean and they were courteous.
