Dave was amazing. He came in right on time - no waiting around - with his clipboard and spent almost four hours carefully going through our home. He has an amazing and quot;eyeand quot; and great attention to detail. He found things that I hadn't noticed in the five years that I lived in the home. He also showed me things that I could easily fix myself without having to hire someone to come out and do - thus saving more money. Dave takes his time and doesn't leave until everything is carefully looked over - and I mean EVERYTHING! On top of his thorough inspection, he sent his report of my home the very next day. The report showed and described everything he had found that was in need of repair, with color photos he took, and a rating of how major or minor the repair.
Dave is a very professional, affordable, high quality inspector. I would recommend him to everyone I know who is in need of this service. I would definitely call him again when I am in need of a home inspector.
