BOYCE CONSTRUCTION CO. INC

My dispute includes the following: 1. Tub installed in one of the bathroom is rusting and needs replacement. Koler has provided the tub but the store manager will not return any of my phone calls so that I can make arrangements for installation. I have been told that the manager Rudy is on vacation or had an emergency in the family etc. This has been going on since last year. When I called your Marketing department they took for ever to respond to my request and finally they told me that the store manager Rudy said replacing the tub would affect his bottom line. 2. The texture on the walls in the downstairs bathrooms is different on one wall. I showed this to the worker going over the punch list and it was not corrected. 3. The shelves that I purchased with the cabinets did not get installed. This is a mistake on the part of the installers or the designer which needs to be corrected. The shelves are sitting in the garage and I was not given an explanation as to why they did not get installed. 4. One of the sinks is also rusting which makes me think that perhaps this store manager has a practice of purchasing damaged merchandise. 5. The finish around the lights in one of the bathrooms needs to be fixed. I pointed this out to the worker and he said he had to get approval to fix it. 6. The finish around be splash in all the three bathrooms needs to be fixed. 7. Damage was done to the wall coming up the stairs by the people that installed the counter tops. I contacted them and was told that they would take cared of it but never returned my phone calls. I had this fixed and would like compensation for the expense. 8. The finish at the seam between the tile and ceiling look very un-professional. 9. The master shower has the splatter from the cement the tile installer used. The entire bathroom needs a coat of paint. I am highly disappointed with the treatment I have received from Boyce Construction and workmanship of the installer contracted to do this work. I believed that Boyce stood behind their product and work but this experience has left me with the impression that using unskilled labor and saving money is what Boyce Construction represents.
