This is the second time that I have used Blumenthal's for a ring repair. The first time, my ring had to be totally rebuilt, and it cost me about $800. This time, I just needed a different ring to be sized up. I was delighted to have Steve help me. I knew very little about the ring other than it had belonged to my grandmother, and that she probably bought it in the 1950s. Steve was able to tell me the metal composition, the size of the main diamond, and that it was a modern cut. He had me look through his loupe to see the inclusions. I was delighted to hear all that he told me about the ring. I turned over the ring on a Wednesday and was told that I could pick it up the following Wednesday, or perhaps sooner. Just two days later Steve called me to say that I could pick up my ring. It fit perfectly, and sparkled. I didn't know that a good cleaning would change the appearance so much.
I have been delighted twice now by their professionalism, desire to educate their customer, quality of work, and trustworthiness. I will use them again.

They are great. They are very professional and reasonable. They do a good job and they did the jobs we needed them to. They have beautiful jewelry but I've never bought it. I always look at it when I am in there. I'll be going there soon because my husband needs batteries for a couple of watches.
