+ -1 moreI was very pleased to work with AAA for my auto and home insurance policies. They were always there to answer my calls or emails and were able to bundle my insurance policies to give me the best price. I have yet to file a claim but have family members who have been with AAA for years and rave about their responsiveness.

+ -1 moreTheir online trip planning was very helpful on our past trips. You can also go into the office and they will do it for you and print it out. They are helpful with registration issues too. They are responsive and professional.
Description of Work: I use AAA Auto Club of Southern California. I made some changes in my insurance. I have a fifth wheel Toyota with them as well as my cars. We also use them for trip planning.

+ -1 moreI have to be a member to use their notary services. It is easy and I don't have to schedule an appointment. I walk in and say I need the notary services. I wait to be called and I don't recall the wait being that long either. They also provide auto insurance, home owners insurance, travel insurance and they have travel agencies too. If I am planning a trip I can go in there and they can map out the best routes for me to take. They offer a lot of services. I think everybody knows them as insurance company but they provide other things besides that. I have used them twice.
