+ -1 moreTHE COST SEEMED HIGH, BUT OVERALL THEIR SERVICE WAS SATISFACTORY. THE TECHNICIAN DRILLED A NEW HOLE IN THE BASE AND RE-ATTACHED IT TO THE TUMBLER ALLOWING FOR AUTOMATIC BALANCING OF THE TUMBLER DURING THE RINSE CYCLE.
Description of Work: ISSUE: PROBLEMS WITH THE WASHING MACHINE DURING THE RINSE CYCLE. THE TUMBLER WAS NOT BALANCED AND CAUSED A HARSH HEAVY RUMBLING SOUND. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT A BOLT HAD BROKEN OFF FROM THE WALL OF THE TUMBLER TO THE BASE OF THE MACHINE.
