This project faced numerous obstacles, including navigating a complex municipal bureaucracy, and multiple issues related to an extensive remodel of a much older home. Jim, the owner, applied his extensive knowledge and experience, and ensured that everything was completed successfully. He is a master problem-solver, who always had a creative and workable plan to overcome every challenge. His own crew were highly skilled and effective, and consistently provided outstanding work. He managed his subcontractors effectively, and evaluated their work to make sure everything was done right. He remained calm, confident, professional and highly effective throughout the entire process, and down to the last detail.
