This is a GREAT contractor. I don't think I can say enough good things. Gary is up-front, and personable. He clearly knows what he is talking about and told us some things about our project that other contractors hadn't mentioned. He is very thorough, and his crews are detail-oriented and friendly. They cleaned up each day. As with any construction project, there were minor things that came up here and there, but all were handled professionally and competently and they accommodated our requests. Honestly, this is one of the top 3 contractors we have ever worked with and I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. I wasn't sure what to rate for pricing - because my rating of less than Excellent implies somehow something bad, but I don't feel that way at all. His pricing is not cheap, but he is thorough enough to include things that make the job better - he included a number of things that other contractors hadn't mentioned - I'm not sure if they would have tried to add them part-way through the job, or if we would have just had to deal with problems later on. With Gary, he thinks of everything so is able to include all the costs up-front so you know what your project will cost. If you want a cheap job, go somewhere else but remember that you get what you pay for. If you want a job done right, hire Gary and his crew.

They are coming back out to do some additional waterproofing. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Due to my association rules, they could not bring large trucks back and carried everything in wheelbarrows. When they left, everything was impeccable. I had two massive tree pots which they moved and did not break them, which is a miracle. They were completely indepent and did not have to use my bathroom. They were totally professional. For the job they had to do and sheer size, it was very reasonably priced.
