TV Repair
At first, everything was great. The salesman was helpful, their prices were as good as Costco. I picked up the TV, all was well. In about a month, the TV got a discolored line down the middle. For 8 weeks, the service guys told me it would be ready "in a few days." They finally returned it working, but they had virtually destroyed the attached TV stand. It didn't even hold the TV straight. Another bunch of annoying phone calls and 2 more weeks later, they replaced the TV stand. OK now. Dan, the store manager, was sympathetic and cooperative the whole time, but his hands were mostly tied. He did refund me $300 for the hassle, which made me feel a lot better.
