The work he did was good, but we've not seemed to be able to get a hold of him since. The pricing was fantastic! We had him put up a few whiteboards, hang a difficult 28" ceiling fan, move a heavy desk, as well as hang some plaques. There were no issues with scheduling on this first visit. It's unfortunate that he's been too busy and/or unresponsive since, because there's multiple things we'd hire him for again.

Dr Washkowiak was one of few doctors in this office who would accept a new patient that was not pregnant. She was very nice and seemed concerned for her patients. I ended up with a myomectomy, which went real well. Even though the staff at this office is not very competent I would recommend this doctor.

Dr Shirazi always enters the room with a smile and "How are you?" I usually respond with a brief summary of why I am there. As always, she was very thorough in her exam of the suspicious areas. She told me she was going to "freeze" the areas, and that the procedure might sting a bit. Then she told me that the areas would blister and peel. She asked if I had any questions before she did the procedure. I have had this same thing done several times so I had no questions. At her request, I made a future appointment for a full body scan in about a month. At that time, she will look at the 2 areas that she treated and also look for any other areas that I cannot readily see (back, etc). She is conservative in her treatment which I appreciate. (I have scars from another (earlier) dermatologist who liked to slice off anything suspicious for tissue study, even minor irritations caused by a rough T-shirt neck seam!) Dr. Shirazi is a real professional and I am glad that she is on my short list of doctors.

The visit went well overall. I arrived at the office on time and filled out an extensive health questionnaire. I was also asked to provide my insurance information again as the practice had recently been acquired. I was brought into the room in a timely way. A nurse took my vitals and I waited only briefly for the doctor. The doctor conducted the exam thoroughly and walked through the questionnaire with me and answered my questions/addressed my concerns.

Dr. Ruymann is knowledgeable and has a very engaging and kind bedside manner. Her office staff have always been friendly and reliable. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I love them and won't ever leave!

I have used them for orthopedics and couple of other things. They are absolutely outstanding. I have been using them from 20 years when I was in military. They are way better than any other health experience I have had. I have had orthopedics help from them, including surgery and I have also used them for general practice and weight management, which has been good. They are great and extensive in the San Diego area. They are easily accessible and accept all types of insurance which is good. Almost every doctor I have dealt with, do not make you feel like a number, instead give your personal care. I have used their health services extensively and I don’t think I ever waited for any doctor, long. They are really striving to stay up on technology and are slowly moving paperless. For e.g., if the doctor wants some lab work done, he doesn’t give you a slip, instead he enters into the system. Once you go to the lab, they can access it for you and the same works with prescriptions, which is sent electronically. I will continue using their services in future.

The experience went well and it was good. They were organized and knowledgeable. They were somewhat on time. I had a C-section and I was very happy with the way it went. I would use their services again in the future.

Seems like a good doc, just not awesome on the bedside manner. He communicates clearly and I felt like I was getting the information I needed, but I didn't get that amazing experience that some people talk about having with their doctors or midwives.

The last time I saw Dr. Washkowiak, she did a routine exam. She was warm, knowledgeable, and professional. In 2009 she was unavailable due to her maternity leave and I saw a PA. This year (2010) I wanted to make sure that I could see Dr. Wahkowiak. However, I am now on Medicare, and I was informed that the entire practice, not just Dr. Washkowiak, does not accept Medicare patients, even carryover, and therefore I could not see her again, ever. This is why I gave her and the practice an F on availability and administration.

Dr. Washkowiak is an excellent doctor. She has an easy going personality and genuinely cares about her patients. My experience during my pregancy was great. She provided me information when asked and never seemed to be in a hurry. I felt relaxed and well taken care of. I have and will recommend her to other women looking for a doctor.

Polster breast care ctr is very nice ,the facility is beautiful and they, apparently, even give shoulder massages(I was disappointed that I was too early for therapist to be there). They explain everything in detail and made me as comfortable as possible.

There are many doctors at this office, most of whom come highly recommended. Met with Dr. Ruymann who was straightforward, but friendly. She was thorough in her checkup and answered all my questions. They have a large office, and the things they cannot do onsite, they can do at the hospital next door. One downside to their location located near the Scripps Memorial Hospital, is that you have to pay for parking (at a reduced rate). Waiting room is nice and large, though the patient rooms are a little small.

Professional and caring. Doctors are scheduling about 2 months out, so you have to plan ahead. I filled out the forms, but the medical assistant and then the doctor asked me the same questions that are on the form. Also, there should be a dedicated person at checkout so patients can leave quickly.

I have been seeing Dr Lee for 9 years. She and the other physicians within her practice were my providers for pre and post natal care and delivery of my child. Dr. Lee saw me through 22 hours of labor and a very difficult birth. I'm confident I avoided a C-section because of her talent and strengths. Everyone in their group is very professional and compassionate. I've not had a bad experience in all these years. Approximate cost listed here is based on insurance co-pay cost for average office visit. They are located in the Ximed building in UTC off Genessee near the hospital. The practice is run very efficiently.
