+ -1 moreHe only works in La Jolla, but he is first-rate. He knows everybody in town. He's a friendly guy, and he did not charge me AT ALL for the fix. No nonsense, great service.
Description of Work: The main inlet valve from the city meter was screwed up by the city. I needed a new one. John simply tightened the nut on the valve packing with a crescent wrench and the problem was solved.
