Phillip has represented us 5 different times. The reason we keep putting our faith in him is he has looked after our interests with skill, knowledge, and 100% dedication. Our last transaction (buying and selling) was a thrill ride! He navigated us through concerns from the buyers of the home we were selling, and all other issues associated with buying and selling real estate honestly and with integrity, always looking for the best way through a complex maze of conversations and counters. All the while Phillip kept a steady look out for the home we now live in (our Dream Home, to be perfectly honest.) The market itself provided it's share of challenges. Phillip was steady and undaunted hosting Open Houses for as long as it took, even when foot traffic (due to the strange 2025 housing market) was limited. Phillip clearly and timely provided explanations and information all the way through to the very end. Often, he would take personal time to reach out to connect with us. He even stayed connected with us during some well deserved personal time jogging around Catalina Island to make certain my wife and I were informed and responsive to the demands of being in escrow. Phillip is kind and very professional, with a good sense of humor, and a keen work ethic. We personally recommend his services to any friends who may, or may someday in the future be in need of a solid and honest realtor.

We recently sold our Condo in Fashion Valley thanks to Phillip everything the process was so much easier then we could have expected. A lot of the worries we had about selling our home were all addressed and the experience that Phillip had really made us feel comfortable knowing that we would be taken care of throughout the process. His open house got us a solid offer on the first open house that Phillip hosted on our behalf. Phillip, as the agent who helped my wife and I through BOTH transactions showed heart, integrity, mindfulness, and grit throughout our journey together! He patiently explained what was happening and what needed to happen. He was very accommodating to our schedules. When any part of the process of listing or responding to offers or the steps needed towards closing escrow stalled or slowed, he was on top of all of it and worked to be certain all parties kept up and on task! Phillip Saenkov was my Realtor for a 2 bedroom condo that I recently sold. Couldn’t find a more professional person for the job. Phillip has successfully handled the sale of my condo in UTC. Phillip was great to work with as he has a lot of industry knowledge and kept me informed during the whole selling process. Almost on a daily basis he would let me know the status of buyers seeing the home. I wouldn't ever consider buying or selling a home with anyone else in the greater San Diego county area. Where to even begin! Finding Phillip felt like finding a needle in a haystack. Being an OCD planner, I spoke to multiple realtors and no one was remotely as helpful or responsive as Phillip was from the start. I started working with Phillip 4 months before my actual move (from Miami, FL to San Diego). He was so patient with all of my OCD questions, and set me up with easy access to view listings as my apartment search/move date approached. When the time came to view listings, I was flying into San Diego the morning of our appointments. When my flight was 3 hours delayed, not only did Phillip reschedule ALL of our appointments to accommodate but picked me up from the airport so I wouldn't have to worry! Once I chose the listing, Phillip worked diligently to help finalize everything as quickly as possible and made sure that all of my requests were accommodated. All in all, I am beyond thankful to have found Phillip!! Where to start! I've known Phillip personally for a few years and choosing him as my agent when deciding to sell my Pacific Beach townhouse was a no-brainer. We just cannot say enough about Phil. It takes a special person to handle my families crazy antics. This was our second time working with Phil. We purchased a condo 2 years ago in North Park and had a fabulous experience. When we decided it was time to cut ties with our new place and find a new home, it didn't matter how many recommendation we got from other people, Phil was still our guy. We came back to him and have never been disappointed. Selling a home and buying a new one is always a stressful event, but having Phil as our realtor actually made the process go as smoothly as possible. My husband and I have a crazy schedule and Phil was always available to look at the umpteen million homes we threw at him. He gave actual true feelings on places when we were unsure and that is hard to come by. A lot of people will actually just say anything to please you but he was honest. And we appreciate that. We just closed on the sale of our property and are set to close on our new one in just a few short weeks....all with Phil's attention to time and detail we will be getting in a lot sooner than e would have. Phillip is everything he promised to be when we first met him as we searched for a realtor. He was in constant communication with us, responding to emails and phone calls very quickly - always the same day.
