The workers came out a couple of days later and began tearing off the old wood siding. They were proffessional and polite. The house looks amazing now! I really think it's worth the money.

Their process of patching all the cracks in the old plastered
walls, putting fresh concrete/plaster on the footings, after digging out
about 6" all around the house...replacing termite and water damaged wood on
the front of our home...and after a couple of questions that they fixed
immediately, they ended up doing an excellent overall coating/painting job.
We chose this very nice, grayish/green for the walls..called "Forest Khaki,
and we trimmed it with all white trim, and it looks very complimentary to
the palm trees and other green plants in our yard. We have had several
compliments from our neighbors as they walked buy and viewed the progress and
that they loved the color, too. Several of them are interested in pursuing
this company for their own 'new home look'. We are very happy with all there
work and would definitely recommend this Nu-Cote company in the future. They
came back to do a little more clean up before we gave them the final
payment. They definitely tried to please at all times. Thank YOU Nu-Cote
crew, for a job well done. They also installed a small door in the garage.

"I have been in business for over 35 years. Contractors beware! Member is trying to falsely have his money returned that we earned doing an outstanding job. No where were we removing all old paint. All the preparation was done professionally. This house is a showplace. They tried to have the charges returned to them through the charge card company and they found in our favor to keep the money for our wonderful job. To prove our job is correct and professional, we have the Tex-Cote factory technician going there to take samples, opbservations, and then the project will be tested both chemically and microscopically. I will post those findings gladly. We will be happy to have anyone visit the site to see for themselves. Just give me a call and I will give you the address as a reference for you to see the lovely work we do. I believe Member is asking to be sued for this type of false claims that are hurtful to our great reputation. Member has never once called our office himself. All this harrassment goes through his secretary and we have asked to meet with him at the property to no avail. The steps of the job were all filmed. We have copious photos describing all the steps we did. We will be happy to share them with any legitimate inquiry that asks to see them. This is one of those attempts to beat the contractor. We did our job well, used ample material, the wood trim looks new and the stucco, though a 50 to 60 year old home, is well done and protected from the elements. The Coolwall material is proven by the Dept. of Energy to save on utilities up to 21%. The Member company simply wants to try to not pay $28000.00. The credit card company was too smart for this type of attempt and found in favor for us to have been paid. Folks, sometimes these sites are used by errant customers in an attempt to take advantage of the Contractor. Thank goodness Angie's List allows the Company to respond and be viewed by the consumers. I Love Angie's List. I, as president of the company, feel vindicated. I can, through Angie's List, prove to anyone that our payment is well deserve. Not only do they have a lovely job, but they now have a material that has a factory material warranty for free lifetime warranted material, and the Nu-Cote labor warranty in case their are service issues.
