I reached out to Mr. Electric for a safety inspection and to discuss some electrical upgrades I had in mind. After dealing with many electricians in the San Diego area and even receiving some poor work out of desperation, I can confidently say I found what I was looking for in Mr. Electric. It’s like finding a good dentist or mechanic—you stick with them for life. I rarely write reviews, but I’m so pleased with their service that I feel the need to share how great they are. First, Daniel, the electrician, arrived on time, was down-to-earth, and had a pleasant personality. He was evidently knowledgeable, patient, and straightforward, providing thorough explanations about the work needed. In a few words, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After the free safety inspection Mr. Electric conducted, I felt confident enough to discuss a panel upgrade and rewiring some rooms in my house (this involved working in the attic, where you can only crawl). Again, Daniel was competent and transparent about timelines, pricing, and the job overall. They handle everything from A to Z. I ended up signing for the panel upgrade, an attic fan, the replacement of some loose outlets, and the reinstallation of an electric car charger that was incorrectly installed in the past. Getting them to come to my house was very easy. I got an appointment the same week I asked for one. They were responsive, and everything went smoothly.
