VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS. A FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS AND HAVING CUSTOMER LOYALTY MEANS A LOT TO THEM. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND WILLING TO TAKE A LOT OF TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.

DID NOT SHOP AROUND. THEY CHARGED TOOOOOOO MUCH FOR PARTS. VERY TIMELY. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE VACUUM.
