Workers arrived to tent the house about 1 1/2 hours early, which was a bit inconvenient as I was unable to go through the house in a leisurely manner to collect any last-minute items forgotten earlier. That said, they were very quick about getting the tents in place.
We came back to the house the following evening to check the integrity of the tents. My father opened the lock box to check the key was there and it wasn't.
After fumigation, the house was opened up for 24 hours, as expected, and we were allowed to move back in once the inside air quality was tested and found to be acceptable.
We notified the provider that the key had been missing the second evening, but there was a misunderstanding between my father and the office manager, who thought that the key had disappeared. As a consequence, we ended up having the house locks rekeyed. When I spoke with the office manager to explain that we had had locks rekeyed as a result of the missing house key, she was very understanding and said she would check with the workers about the key and get back to me. That was almost a week ago. How this additional expense will be treated by the provider, I'm not yet sure. We expect the cost of rekeying the locks to be deducted from the remainder of the fumigation bill.

I started using this one when he first open his business. I have been with him for a long time. When he first opened up he was just termite and then just in the last year or two he expanded to pest control. I have a quarterly service with them. In the beginning when it just him and when I say just him he did everything. He answered the phone, he made the appointments and came out. He did a good work, he checked everything and it was awesome absolutely awesome. There's been a few little tiny problem since he expanded and he's got hired help in the office. There were some people who came out that I thought were wonderful and then the next time I needed service I found out that they were no longer with the company and that was very disappointing. The person before the last one he had to come out several times because he wasn't doing a thorough enough job in the yard and I have to call him back several times to redo I was thinking of actually canceling the service. The next thing I knew they have a different person doing this area and he was the one who came out this last time and he seem to have done a very, very nice job.

The ants are gone and the mice seem to be. They always arrive on the day they say they will and call to check with me the day before.They have been very accommodating when I have made requests.

We bought a new house and soon discovered large dirt mounds in our yard. La Jolla Termite came out within 24 hours of contact, diagnosed a gopher problem, and eliminated it within one week. They also provide regular monthly extermination services for us. We have 3 small kids so like that they offer organic treatment service. On the few instances when we have seen ants between visits, we have called them, and they dispatch someone that very same day. Excellent service and very responsive.

My neighbor owns a couple of rent houses and recommended Bart @ LaJolla Termite when termites started coming out of my bedroom floor. He stopped at my house after hours for me on his way home. I did have another company come the next day at noon. The prices were both within $75.00. I chose LaJolla Termite because the inspector who came out would also be the one to do the treatment leaving less of a chance for error. I was able to get the work done 4 days later. I have not had any problems since.
