 + -1 moreIS has been great so far and have worked with us to meet our needs. They have come up with some creative solutions to problems of adding on to a small home. We are now going into the bid and permit process and hope to be starting construction within a few months.
Description of Work: Currently working with IS to add a detached home office/guest house. We are also doing long-term planning with them for kitchen addition and adding 3rd BR/Bath.
