Kayvon and his team are the best! I used a different property manager for 2 years and didn't realize what I was missing until I moved over to Harland Property Management. First of all, I was not getting the rent value for the home with my previous management company. I told Kayvon the rent I expected to get and he was able to get me $150 more per month!!! Not only that, but he had the renter pay for some of the utilities that my previous renter was not paying. The extra money he negotiated for me more than covered his fee. I was amazed! One of the best things about working with Kayvon is his responsiveness. The majority of the times I called, he answered the phone and was able to answer my questions. If he didn't answer, I would get a call back within an hour and usually sooner. If I sent an e-mail, I got a reply that day with either the answer or a quick note to tell me he or his team were working on the request and would get back to me shortly. Bottom line: Kayvon takes care of his clients. I wouldn't use anyone else to manage my property.
