Harland Property Management
About us
Our goal is simple, we aim to provide our clients with a cost effective, professional solution to the often burdensome task of managing real estate and tenants. All our property managers are state licensed and experienced real estate agents. As a client you will have direct access to your assigned manager. To ensure that our staff is as motivated as our property owners to decrease vacancy rates we do not charge a fee for the 1st month a property is vacant. This ensures that our agents work diligently and efficiently to get your property to the income producing stage. Having said that we will never cut corners on screening tenants and we will do the utmost to ensure a responsible resident in your home, office, vacation rental or other property. We manage all types of properties including full service property management for San Diego condos, single family homes, vacation rentals, investment properties, commercial and industrial properties. We currently provide our property management services to almost all areas of San Diego County.

One of the best things about working with Kayvon is his responsiveness. The majority of the times I called, he answered the phone and was able to answer my questions. If he didn't answer, I would get a call back within an hour and usually sooner. If I sent an e-mail, I got a reply that day with either the answer or a quick note to tell me he or his team were working on the request and would get back to me shortly.
Bottom line: Kayvon takes care of his clients. I wouldn't use anyone else to manage my property.
