They did the job and did it well. The home insurance covered most of the cost. Once we decided to go with them, they set up a schedule and they were here on time. They finished the job on time. They were here in the morning when they said they would be here. They had to go in stages because of certain things. The main guy was a master carpenter and he knew what he was doing.

Stark Development was on time for the initial estimate. They showed up at the designated time 8am to 5pm, very clean and professional staff. Job was completed on schedule and on budget.
