Description of Work: Install a Gun Safe bolted to the floor & wall Install a GFI switch Replace broken patio tiles & then 3 coats of sealer on the entire patio . Moved all items off & then back onto the patio

 + -1 moreThey did the job and did it well. The home insurance covered most of the cost. Once we decided to go with them, they set up a schedule and they were here on time. They finished the job on time. They were here in the morning when they said they would be here. They had to go in stages because of certain things. The main guy was a master carpenter and he knew what he was doing.
Description of Work: We had a water leak in our kitchen. Handyman took the walls and ceiling out. Then the plumber fixed the leak.

 + 0 moreStark Development was on time for the initial estimate. They showed up at the designated time 8am to 5pm, very clean and professional staff. Job was completed on schedule and on budget.
Description of Work: Stark Development recently completed our bathroom remodel. They removed our old heavy cast iron tub and installed a new large walk in shower with new glass shower doors. They also replaced our sink, vanity, lighting, added a GFCI plug and new flooring. The drywall was in bad shape from water damage which was repaired, painted and textured. We are very pleased with the quality of work we received and highly recommend this Company for all of your remodeling needs.

 + -1 moreThey actually painted the whole ceiling, not just the damaged spot, at no additional cost to me other than supplies. They were prompt in doing the work.
Description of Work: Repaired and painted a wall and ceiling after water damage. All of our home alarm wiring is right above the ceiling where the damage was. They did a perfect job working around the wires and taking them down and putting them back up etc.
