Francis is an excellent handyman. Everything he does, he does well. He works during flexible times (including weekends) and is trustworthy.

I was satisfied with all EXCEPT for the Pergo replacement. I asked Francis if he had experience with Pergo and he told me yes. Two of the panels he replaced stick out and look bad. When I called him to complain, he wanted to charge me to fix the problem, but said he would charge me half of his usual rate. I told him that I thought he should fix it for free. He disagreed. He asked me to buy additional replacement panels (at my own expense). I tried Home Depot, contacted Pergo, which told me the panel is a discontinued item. I tried various sites on the Internet. I told Francis I could not find the panels anymore. He basically blew me off. Another handyman I contacted said to fix the problem without new panels would be very expensive and involve extending out my tile floor in order to get some Pergo panels. I am very disappointed in the way Francis handled my problem. He just seems interested in making money and not in having satisfied customers. Buyer beware! Stay away from him!

Mr. Procopio was very pleasant, arrived on time and provided good information on the first job he was called for. I probably would not use him again because I'm afraid he may overestimate what he can do.

Francis was very polite and willing to help in any capacity. I will be talking to him about future projects at my house.

FRANCIS IS VERY COMPETENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PUNCTUAL, ORGANIZED AND RESPONSIBLE. HE IS ALSO VERY DETAILED AND METICULOUS AND STRIVES FOR PERFECTION NO MATTER WHAT THE TASK IS. I AM AMAZED THAT HE KNOWS SO MUCH ABOUT SEEMINGLY EVERY ASPECT OF HOME REPAIR. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE AND WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

FRANCIS SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO DO EVERYTHING. HE IS CHEERFUL AND EFFICIENT AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. HE ALSO RETURNS CALLS PROMPTLY, AND SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL!
