Shoe Repair
Let's start out that Roger speaks no English and I speak no Spanish. That was no surprise as I've used him previously. However, with some difficulty he does manage to get what I want him to do every time and does the work as well as or better than I expect. He also is able to let me know what he intends to do and how much it will cost. He did the repair expertly, extending the life of a favorite pair of shoes, and he did it for a very low cost. I also wanted him to repair a purse but he let me know he did not have the right equipment and referred me to a competitor of his in Brea, who did the job and was expensive.
