+ -1 moreWe were very disappointed with the management of our remodel project by ProBuilders Express, Inc. First, the company is a broker with a license, NOT the builder. Every worker was a subcontractor and there was NO oversight or inspection from Pro-Builders Express even though they were the contracted builders. The result was very poor framing, misunderstood scope of work and 2 ½ months past the contracted completion date. Fortunately, we hired our own dry wall Company and tile setter who spent numerous hours trying to correct the inferior work workmanship. The framer had to be called back several times. The President, Mr. Leon did not respond to text and emails. He was out one time in the many months to agree on the framing inadequacy. I will NEVER use this company again and urge great caution for anyone contemplating hiring them.

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job. The room addtion is great. It was inspected by building inspectors and it passed with excellent grades. During the work, he listed all the progress payments. Once they were done no one would even know they had opened the wall up. They were just a super business to work with. Everything was on-schedule, no delays. All the sub-contractors did an excellent job, as well. I couldn't have been more pleased.
Description of Work: They built a small room addition, 300 sq ft concrete patio slab, and replaced an aging shower with a hot-mop tile shower.
