"We at Pro Builders strive to treat our customers with respect but this customer from the beginning cursed at our people, my superintendent , and any trades people that she was unhappy with as you can see on our website we only do good work .The customer was given a bid for a room addition project with an extension of an existing bathroom and a new bathroom . For the process to run smoothly we needed access to the existing bathroom to update plumbing and electrical and insulation to get approval by the building inspector during the building of the new addition , She refused to give us access to the existing bathroom for 6 weeks and this cost us a 3 week delay in the project and re inspection of the project a second time for the existing bathroom , We finally had to restrict the customer from calling or texting any of our people as she was very rude to the trades people .Communication had to be done through the Project representative . Though we where essentially completed with the project she refused to pay her final balance ."

"We are currently building the addition , unfortunately we where using a new designer for the plans we had not used before and unfortunately this designer kept making excuses for delaying the plans . We took over the plans and had them approved by the city in less than 3 weeks . Unfortunately this was a little too late and the project was delayed a couple months . We apologized to[Consumer name withheld at their request] and incorporated a new requirement for our designers to have preliminary plans ready in 2 weeks and structural plans ready to submit to the city in 3 weeks . This has worked well for us and our clients ."

"I would like to comment on this review . Pro Builders takes pride in workmanship and makes sure the schedule is completed in a timely manor . We furnish detailed estimates with a complete material list with sku numbers and pricing from Lowes . Pro Builders to ensure we do not have interruption in the project schedule purchases all materials for their project after the customer makes any changes . In this case Mrs. H (customers last name modified by HomeAdvisor) insisted on purchasing all the material which was not available at the project site . We had to wait for materials and needed to reschedule crews to go back to finish the project."
