Kaddy's Computer Repair

Along with building the tower, Karim took the time to transfer data from my old hard drive to the new unit. Months later,  when the Kaspersky Anti-Virus became balky following an update, he removed and reinstalled the software. When that didn't do the trick he downloaded a completely different (free) anti-virus for me that I am still using today.
Oftentimes when something comes up, usually a glitch I've brought onto myself, Karim is able to do a computer-to-computer hook up (Team Viewer) and perform fixes without me ever having to leave my house. He has come to the rescue numerous times and most recently helped me (at no charge) to set up my new iPhone, again using the Team Viewer program to access iTunes on my computer. He was able to address questions and problems that had Apple Support  completely stumped.
I've just ordered another computer build, this one for my wife, and I expect to find it professionally built and set up just like the last one. I can't express how convenient and time saving it is to have Kaddy available rather than buying a computer at Best Buy and then standing in a long line at the service window with the tower under my arm every time something fails to work.
