Joseph repaired several drywall cracks caused by eathquakes, then primed and painted two large walls a new color, one being a two-story foyer. They masked off the trim very neatly and cleaned up well before they left. His drywall work is very smooth.

Joseph and his assistant replaced several feet of our water main. He also upgraded the pipe to the correct size and quality (our old pipe was too small and thin-walled) and determined that our pressure regulator was bad (he showed me where it was broken) and replaced it. This a was a key diagnosis as we had always had very loud water hammer in the sprinkler system, but couldn't determine the cause. It turned out our water pressure was way over code and we could have burst a pipe in the house! Since we got the new regulator, the sprinklers are silent.

He's great! He showed up early on short notice. He snaked both drains with a powered snake very deep in the pipes to clear clogs. Very affordable. He also does general plumbing and drywall work, though I have not used him for that yet.
