Property Management
The contract varies and it is based on a percentage of what the rent income is. Currently I pay about $130 a month. They are excellent at the financial end of things. They deal with the tenants in a very efficient manner. They are compassionate, both to the tenants and landlords. Their office communication is good. They have great billing and record keeping. They make it real easy at tax time to file my taxes with their documentation. They have excellent repair people on their staff. I've never had a negative encounter with them at all. I have been very happy with them. I will definitely continue to use them.

He has a lot of integrity, is extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. He is also very flexible as far as working with the level of service that you need. He adjusts according to what you need.
