Carpet Installation
J&B Carpets did not disappoint. 4 people were involved. Two actually did the installation. An estimator came out to review the job and estimate it. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and coordinated with the wood floor installer. On installation day the installers did an excellent job. They were on time, pleasant and very busy. They worked very hard for a full day, and they left here tired but knowing their customer was happy. The 4th guy, the guy who sent the invoice, tried to jack up the price after the job was over, but my designer went to bat for me and got him to stick with the estimator?s original number. If not for that last bit about the price I would have rated them all A's.
