I was able to get an appointment quickly. Air conditioning was fixed completely with a complete explanation of parts used and why. I was kept informed of progress and my car was ready on time as promised. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and skill of the staff. I went in somewhat apprehensive and left feeling completely satisfied with their quick service. I feel fortunate to have found them.

A+++ Got me in on Monday morning on way to Disneyland. Diagnosed and fixed same day with fair price. Great knowledge and communication. Would refer them Obote any other business in LA area. Thank you, Joe Alio and everybody.

Honest, , work always done right, saves you money for work that doesn't need to be done and saves you money for doing it correctly.It's difficult to find a honest !! Great mechanic that know his stuff. I can't say enough great things about him.

We had noticed an oil leak on our car found these guys on Angie's list and took the car to them to try to get the problem fixed. They were very nice and really seemed eager to help they went right on to the job and happily got it fixed the price was not what I was hoping but I've heard worse so I content with it. Wonderful job by these guys would most likely bring my car back in the future when need be.

they really nice and helpful they changed the oil to my car and replaced the filters for me. I thought the price was good very happy with the service they made it look real easy thank you.

they were very professional very kind people they told me what the price would be before hand I let me know what comes with their service. I though the price was a bit high but most places charge a lot for bigger jobs on cars so it's nothing new.

He repaired the part that did not start and had her car ready and working in less than a day. Very honest and hard working shop.

Excellent! I have used them several times. They were very friendly, explain their service very well. If you feel like they were up to a bit or something that does not need to be done, they will do it. I do not have something to pick me up if I drop off the car. They have a nice waiting area.

Joe was just wonderful.  Very professional and listened to everything I said was wrong.  After checking everything we talked about, he called me and totally explained what he had found and what needed to be done in terms that I could understand.  He was very friendly and really made me feel like he would do everything possible to get my car back to top running condition...and he did just that.  His wife, Sue, is just as kind and helpful as Joe.
I was a little nervous about taking my car to someplace I hadn't been to before. However, thanks to Angie's List, reading all of the reviews made me decide to give them a try.  I am so glad I did.  I will always take my car there and have recommended them to all my family and friends.

They made some adjustments, they got it running again. They installed a new battery as well. They did a full blown maintenance check up. They removed the heads and gaskets ect. The lead mechanic explained to me everything they did, and he communicated well. I have used them multiple times now.

Went pretty good. Finally got the oil leak fixed after 4 times to the shop.  They kept changing out the o ring and that wasn't stopping the leak. Finally put in a new distributor and a new o ring with silicone, and that stopped the leak.  Very nice people, very apologetic for the inconvenience. I would use them again. Their shop is very clean and have WiFi in the waiting area.

They are my go to auto mechanic and I have been using their services for around six years. They have always done a fine job. They are a honest company.

I had taken the car to the dealership for an oil change and they found several other things that needed to be done. I found Integrity Automotive on Angie’s List and took my car to them. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to find other areas that needed repair when Ford did not. Ford had recommended that I need my cabin air filter replaced and Integrity Automotive explained that I don’t even have one. There were about four pricy things Ford had recommended that needed to be done and Integrity said that I did not need to have done.  I will be using them again.
