He misrepresented his service to be done by an arborist. The man he sent was not an arborist. I am not sure what the results will be. He also proceeded to clean my orange tree and took all the fruit.; This was not requested to be done

I would never recommend this company to anyone. It is a waste of your money, time and your health. Do not deal with Fred. He cheats in everything he does and then charges you twice for the same job. He is rude and very unprofessional. He is taking advantage of elderly people to charge them a double price. He doe not keep his word. My experience shows that you cannot rely on him. Besides everything mentioned above, he cut off my nice plants and left the huge weeds untouched. You need to watch his team every second. Just a terrible experience. Terrible.
