I had not done the deck in almost 10 yrs, along with my garage flooring, so they were a bit of a mess. David was the most reasonably priced and the only local person in OC who does the epoxy and waterproofing. Everyone else was from LA or San Diego and wanted to charge way too much because of the drive they where making. The work David did was beautiful! He was on time, friendly, reliable, and completely honest and trustworthy with everything he did. He did exactly what he promised to do. He replaced the dry-rot and did a 5 step waterproofing system (I think that's what it's called). My deck looks so good that I actually want to go and use it again. I also needed to do my garage floor because it was cracking, he put on what is called epoxy for the floor and my husband loved it so much he plans on moving his "man cave" out there. I cannot thank him enough for everything that he did for me. I would defiantly recommend using Fiber-Coat Deck Co. to anyone looking for exceptional work!
