I am not happy with any portion of this project. He cut corners and did not adhere to the timelines he gave us. His tile work is slipshod, and he did not do quality work. Only with careful paint choices was I able to camouflage the poorly done drywall work. His work caused a leak from the deck, which resulted in water damage. He did not deliver the materials as promised, and the workers were not the quality they should have been. He underpaid his workers, and took money from me for subcontractors who he never paid. For instance, he failed to pay the plumber with the money I gave him for the plumbing work, so I had to pay the plumber again myself. We had serious trouble with the electrician he hired. The workmanship was noticeably sloppy. He started off doing well, but he got in a little over his head and began cutting corners. He began a battle with the city inspectors, who really helped me determine what was unacceptable. I ultimately had to fire him from the project, and I would strongly warn anyone else against using him.
