We are Due Diligence Home Inspections. We are located centrally between LA/OC/IE and provide service to the tri-county area. Our Certified Property Inspectors have several year experience in the industry and are enrolled in continuous educational courses, seminars and testing through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) a nationally recognized and accredited organization. Here at DDHI we execute a thorough inspection of the home's foundation and structure and all it's components from the plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roof, attic including Exterior driveway, stucco, porches/patios, pool/spas, INTERIOR floors, ceilings, walls, windows, doors, attached garage, and built-in appliances. *General Home Inspections *Mold Inspection, sampling, lab testing *Sewer Scope Inspections *Drone Services *Infrared (Thermal Imaging) Inspection *Moisture Meter Our reports are digital with several photos and cutting edge reporting software that categorizes conditions by cost and safety risk. No wonder the company name is "Due Diligence"! Jonathan was super thorough. He told me his prices over the phone, sent me the invoice and contract electronically and we communicated in a timely manner on email. The invoice had all the relevant information that I'd need for payment and that there would be a $10 fee for credit card payment but offered alternative (free) payment options. There had been a mutual mix up on the day of the inspection which is why he went out a day earlier but was gracious and flexible enough to come back the next day, though we needed to re-schedule the sewer photography to a future date. On the day of the inspection, he showed up on time and got right to work. I've never seen an inspection be so thorough, and that is much appreciated. He took pictures and notes, and wasn't about to be rushed by the real estate agents who wanted to leave as early as possible. He seemed to enjoy his work and that's important. I should get the report soon and I expect the sewer photography to run smoothly given this initial experience with his service.
