My tenants emailed me last night that the lock failed , resulting in my tenants becoming locked in their unit.
The lock just broke when they went to set it.
The lock was supposedly a brand new lock of good quality.
I called the new Crest owners. They said it was my tough luck. They
didn't ask any questions about how it broke, they didn't offer to check
out the situation, they didn't offer to do anything at all.
So, I would discourage anyone from using these people.
