. L*** in the office is very responsive, and Mike and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They diagnosed our water leak and usage issues where 2 prior plumbers had been unsuccessful, and were very fair and honest. I know I can trust this team to not only educate their customers, but also be fair and straightforward with them to provide money saving options. They really don't try to oversell you.
Mike and his team had to coordinate the move and installation of the new air conditioning units around all of the other backyard construction and solar installation work that we had done. He proactively reached out to and worked with our contractor to ensure clear communications of requirements and timelines for installation.
I really appreciate that no job is too big or too small for Mike, and he has a positive, can-do attitude.
And the quality of their work is exceptional. Two independent inspectors had to inspect the air conditioning installations, and both commented that the quality of our installation was exceptional.
