We've used Central Plumbing many times over the years. They are very professional and have always done a good job for us. They are not inexpensive, but they get the job done and do it right.

I used them years and years ago and then I had an installation of air conditioning and then I have used them in the last year so far for plumbing and I'm always been satisfied with them. Outside the fact that it had to be done, the experience with them was very good. They took care of everything and they were very professional and do what they were doing. They responded on the problem, took care of the problem, but the problem in March was expensive than what they first thought but anyway they took care of it and I was very satisfied with their work and their timeliness of getting it done. I didn't compare to anybody else on price, I just wanted it done, I have had experience with them, they were a little bit higher but I don't know.

WHAT HAPPENED IS THAT ONCE THEY LEFT, THE AIR CONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK. THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT WEEK AND NOW THERE IS A $3,000 BILL. THEY REFUNDED US OUR $500 AND I DON'T THINK THEY ARE TO BLAME. I THINK IT IS JUST COINCIDENCE. WE DIDN'T HAVE THEM DO THE ADDITIONAL WORK. NOW THE COMPRESSER IS OUT. WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS THAT IT HAPPENED TO FREEZE UP JUST THEN. THEY ALSO TRIED WIRING IT TO MY POOL PUMP AND IT TRIPPED THE CIRCUIT.
