They make good cabinets and the installer was excellent. They did other things and ever single thing they did had to be reworked. They put the countertops in and it was cracked. I had to have another countertop put in. My sink is supposed to be an undermount, and you can see the top of the sink. They won't change it a third time. They put ceiling lights in and had to take them out and redo those. They had to rework everything. The tile in the bathroom had to be reworked. They should just stick to cabinets. The cabinets are beautiful, but they're trying to be contractors. This started in January. It should have been finished. I kept asking them if they were sure I didn't need something on the floor before they put the tile in because my house has a raised foundation and they said we didn't need it and that they do it all the time with no problems, but they decided they really and truly couldn't do the floor. They had ripped up all my original flooring I had down. I brought in people afterwards and they told me that if they had put down the correct flooring, like the wood that you put down first under the cabinets, then I could have had the tile I wanted. I'm having plank tile put down by someone else because they didn't do my floor correctly. I've had so many compliments on my cabinets. They make beautiful cabinets. I made the mistake of letting them do everything. I should have a separate contractor for the flooring, a separate contractor for the tile and let them do cabinets only. The guy that put in the cabinets was perfect. He made sure every single thing was aligned properly. His name was Freddy and he was perfect. As far as cabinets go, they're fantastic. But I wouldn't use them for anything. Their cabinets are their specialties.

Response was immediate.  The Vice President, Michael Asad, came to our home.  He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  He told us all about the company and what the reface would entail.  He showed us samples and explained everything in great detail and very carefully.  He spent at least two hours with us.  We expressed concern about the cost of a complete kitchen remodel and he suggested that we do only what we thought was most important first.  He assessed our kitchen and thought that the countertops and backsplash were still in good condition and current, so he thought we should just do the cabinets for now.  He suggested that after the cabinets had been refaced we could re-assess the countertop and backsplash option and see if we wanted to add them to the remodel.

They started the work immediately.  They cordoned off the kitchen with plastic and began the demolition. It was only about three days that we were without full use of the kitchen.  After that, partial use was restored.  The crew was careful, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.  If I had a question, I could call the office and the staff was very accommodating and cooperative.  The job would have been completed in five days, but I requested a change to the crown molding which set things back one day.  I must say the kitchen turned out beautifully!  Our corian countertops and glass tiled backsplash looks great with the new stained all wood cabinets and facings. All the doors are soft-closing.  I highly recommend Cabinet Magic and will use them again when we are ready to install new quartz countertops and backsplash.

Although the service provider was outside of my service area, he was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He was very nice and helpful I just couldn't do business with him because he was outside of my state. He was very helpful and very apologetic and he did give me some wonderful tips I was able to use.

Excellent overall. Mark Nubani (the owner) is hands-on and available to talk to if needed.  Mark and Brad (project mgr.) worked to correct the couple of little blimps in the process.  They were professional and very helpful.  Rick (Sales/estimator) he  was knowledgeable and helpful.  Very courteous and easy to talk to.    Vince was assigned with the task of drawing up design plans for our remodel.  Vince did a great job of making sure the design plans were just what we wanted and needed.  He was really patient with us, came to the house twice to make sure it would be exactly what we wanted.  Provided great ideas. Installers Freddy and Carlos were fast, efficient and worked long hours. They were precise in their work and went the extra mile to make sure everything fit and was level. Stainers Alvin and company made a beautiful stain for the cabinets.  Cabinet wood stain was custom-mixed on-site to a hue of our liking.  Quartz  countertop is beautiful.  The installers did a great job.  Finisher Ed is the magician.  He put all the
finishing touches on and hooked up all the appliances.  He and Brad went the extra mile to fix the trash pull-out cabinet.  Kudos to
them!!  They solved the problem. Heard more than once “I treat your kitchen as if it was mine”. Cabinet Magic gave us a beautiful, functional kitchen.  We are very happy with the quality of work performed on our house and the service we received from everyone who was involved with our project.  We recommend them.

Cabinet Magic did the remodel of my kitchen, 1/2 bath, and laundry room and did a fantastic job.  Abe came to my house on a Sunday to give me an estimate.  Abe is the owner of Cabinet Magic and is just wonderful.   I found him to be very service oriented and very accomodating and fair when it came to negotiating the cost of the work.  After finalizing the cost of my project,  Antonio was assigned with the task of drawing up design plans for my remodel.  Antonio did a great job of making sure the design plans were just what I wanted and needed.  He was really patient with me since I took a long time to make up my mind and kept making changes.   When the work started on my project, Brad stepped in to supervise all the work that needed to be done: plumbing, electrical, cabinet and appliance installation, flooring,  lighting etc.  Brad did a great job of keeping me happy and making sure all the work was done efficiently and up to code.  He also made sure to let me know what work was being done and kept me informed as the remodel progressed.  All the work was done neatly and they never left a mess. Cabinet Magic gave me a beautiful, functional kitchen, 1/2 bath, and laundry room.  The cabinets they made were beautiful and of good quality.  I am very happy with the quality of work performed on my house and the service I received from everyone who was involved with my project.  Abe, Francisco, Antonio, Brad, Eric, Robert, Mark and everyone who worked on my project  were all very nice  and professional and patient with me and my pickiness.  Another thing that I like about Cabinet Magic is that they have a showroom where you can go and see some sample kitchens and bathrooms.   I am definitely glad that I chose Cabinet Magic to remodel my kitchen, 1/2 bath, and laundry room.  They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to remodel their bathroom or kitchen.

It went well until they had this new manager do the final measurements of our cabinets. The cabinets were all wrong and it turned out to be a mess. I reported this to the owner and he said that the manager was a good manager. We found out later that he was fired.

They did quality work. They were very responsive to issues that came up. The supervisor came out on the job. We had some custom dimensions and they had a little bit of trouble with them getting the right size but they did an excellent job working with us and getting it right. Their complaint resolution process was very good.

They were extremely detailed and they did really well at communicating. I was very pleased with all the work they did and everything looks very nice. They did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them to everyone.

What a great experience! When Phil Contursi and his assistant, Nadia came to give us an estimate they were very easy to work with. We explained to Phil what we wanted and his response was "No Problem!". This included demolishing a wall and moving the wiring, custom sizing cabinets to meet our requirements (including wall cabinets 2" deeper that normal), reworking plumbing to accommodate a new water filter and hot water reservoir (supplied by us), granite counters, moving and reinstalling our existing appliances and installing LED lighting (supplied by us). The price quoted was very reasonable with 4-6 week completion. Eric, our project manager was always pleasant and did an excellent job of scheduling. The crews were prompt, friendly, professional and hard working. Dust and debris was kept to a minimum. Changes and additions were handled professionally and at minimum cost. The finished work was of excellent quality. And completion was in 5 weeks, 1 week earlier than quoted!

I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the company. I made several upgrades during the procedure and they were handled courteously by Mike P. The total down time (during which I was without my sink) was a month. Since the granite company had cut the backsplash too high I was without my microwave for another couple of weeks (this task was subcontracted out to a granite company which was supervised by Cabinet Magic). I thought some of the stained drawers and crown molding did not match the rest of the kitchen and Cabinet Magic willingly replaced these to my satisfaction. Most of the follow-up work was done by an employee, Brock, who seemed to be able to do everything (plumbing as well as carpentry). All the employees were polite and kept the scheduled appointments.

I LIKED THE CABINETS AND COUNTERTOP. HOWEVER THEY DAMAGED A WALL AND IN THE PROCESS OF THE INSTALLATION. IT TOOK TOO MANY PHONE CALLS AND TOO LONG FOR THEM TO FINALLY REPAIR THE WALL.
