I only needed the 20 inch hose to the toilet replaced. You broke the pipe and charged me $507.87 to fix what you broke. For the two parts you put in, valve and 20 inch hose you charged $182.40. You spilled glue on the linoleum and glued the bathmat to the floor and left a big hole in the wall. I just want the hole fixed and the brown stain removed as well.

I hired them to do some plumbing work for me. He was to replace a 20 inch water hose line to the toilet.

Amir was very responsive and did a great job of explaining the issues. There were multiple ways of handling the problem, all with varying costs. Since we're planning on living in this house for many years, we decided to replace the problematic pipe so that we don't have a recurring problem. He went the extra mile to make sure we got all of the issues resolved.
Description of Work
I highly recommend Amir at the Happy Plunger. After buying a new home, we found the shower was backing up. Amir found that there was a very old pipe that run under the sidewalk on the side of our house that had to be replaced. It was old and completely clogged with roots. He helped us to save money by recommending that we install a trenchless pipe, which avoided breaking up the entire sidewalk and paying for new concrete. He handled everything and the work was done within a few days. Amir is a nice, honest guy that has very reasonable prices.

We had received an astronomical estimate from another company for only a clean out and new sewer lines. Amir did more work and at a price we could afford. It is clear Amir likes his work and he likes people. He also has a way of explaining everything so you really know what is going on. I cannot say enough about Amir and the quality of his work. We trusted him completely and are indebted to him. I am so happy to have found an expert plumber with integrity.
Description of Work
Our 1927 home had all the original plumbing and sewer drains. Galvanized plumbing, cracked clay and cast iron sewer lines. It was a disaster. And there was very little space under the house in which to work. Amir (The Happy Plunger) gave us a new clean out, new sewer lines, all new copper plumbing, a new hot water heater, new outside spigots, and more and all permitted!
