Two guys came, used the rooter cleared the drain from the sink. it's done quickly and efficiently.

They did come on Tuesday for the second appointment, they performed the service per the letter of the deal.  I believe we got off on the wrong foot.

I had a clogged drain near the house. They came, they opened the drain, they told me that I had lots of roots downstream in the drain pipe, but they wouldn't remove them unless I paid more. They just unclogged the drain for about the same price that most roto-rooter firms would, except most of the others would spend ten minutes clearing out the roots.

The project went exactly as planned. They had to excavate in three locations where my clay pipe had burst, and they showed me evidence of the massive clog by pulling it out of the ground and showing it to me.

This went really well. I had guests coming in from out of town and suddenly had backed up toilets and sinks in my only bathroom. Plumbing aid came out on the same day within a few hours of my call and quickly identified the problem and cleared the roots causing the problem.

He was on time, clean and he did a good job. I was out of time when he came and I arranged everything before leaving. He charged me for a service call. They're prompt and they got the job done and with that, I felt that it was excellent and I would recommend them.

I purchased an Angie's deal to clear out a clogged bathtub drain for $59.00  from PlumbingAid. PlumbingAid came on Friday and could not clear the drain. They checked the plumbing under the house and said It was bad and the waste & overflow + 5 feet of pipe had to be replaced. They first quoted me a price of $1,100.00. This seemed high to me as I had a similar job done for much less but I did not remember how much. They reduced the price to $1,000.00 and I said OK as the bathtub was unusable and they were willing to do the job on Saturday.
They completed the job on Saturday and I paid them. Later I checked my records and found it had only cost me $350.00 for another plumber to do a similar job a few years ago. I feel they over charged me at least $500.00 but I was stuck with them as they were there to clear the clog and were willing to fix it on a Saturday.

The Rooter Company came out on a Saturday, explained in detail what needed to be done, gave an estimate and scheduled an appointment. They cleared out pipe well enough so we could still use water until they returned to do the actual pipe replacement and did not charge us more, which is appreciated very much. I felt very confident that they knew what they were doing.
They arrived on time for the job. I was able to go to work and did not feel I would have to babysit them. By the time I arrived home it was as if they had never been at my home. They cleaned up the mess, replaced the grass and even replaced the patch on concrete they had to dig up. I really appreciated the professionalism of this company. I have had major work done by another plumbing company which was a disaster and it was the reason I joined Angie's List. The Rooter Company will be receiving all of my business in the future.

Plumbing Aid was called through home warranty.  They called me to schedule the day after I sent inquiry to home warranty.  I looked up plumbing aid and saw not great reviews online.  I was a bit skeptical of what to expect.  Mike, one of the Plumbing Aid guys showed up early- they called to see if that was ok & I said yes.  I had a leaking garbage disposal, running toilet & leaking faucet.  Mike came in & swapped old disposal w/new one.  Works great.  Fixed running toilet by swapping old fill valve with new one. He replaced an o-ring and added caulking to fix leak faucet. Did not try to sell me on any big problems or things I didn't need.  Professional. In&out in about 90 minutes.  Recommended.

They were very thorough and attentive. One plumber had to come out a few times to locate the leak. I requested the same plumber, Ismael, because he was so thorough. He explained the situation well and what I needed to do. He also provided great advice for additional work I needed to have done due to water damage. He was very patient and was willing to check everything I was worried about.

The price was very reasonable for what they did. There was a slight leak, so I called them. They came back the next day to fix it. I'm really happy with them. I would use them again, and I would recommend them to anybody.
