They did over $1000 damage to my Wolf brand stove. Dropped the grate and chipped the enamel top. Left some kind of cleaner running down the oven door, which I have not been able to remove.

The cleaner was average. Some basics like cleaning the microwave (inside; on top) were skipped. I was concerned about how she put her vacuum down on my newly refinished wood floors. It was OK.

This is a terrible company. They are not reliable. They will stand you up and not call to tell you they're not coming. I was so frustrated for the time I lost from my work, and preparation for, and commute to meet with them, when they did not show up.

"We cleaned her house August 17. After that I called her if she needs the recurring service or not. She says, she will talk to her daughter and let me know that. After that she never called me and never made an appointment. And then I got the review. I called her and her daughter answered the phone. Her daughter says, her mom mistook our company for the different company. Her mom will fix the review. I am waiting for her to fix the review."
