Crescenta Rain Gutters

The work was done in one day's time. Crew was friendly, easy to understand and very willing to answer questions. Price was much better than the other two quotes I received for the same job. I am planning to have Crescenta come back to install a rain barrel water collection system this fall. I highly recommend this company -- and I don't do that very often.

Out of 4 companies I called, Dave was the only one to return my call, and he did it the same day. He was prompt for our appointment,and scheduled and performed the work the next day. Very tidy. My rain gutters had some inherent problems and Dave called me later in the day with some alternative solutions.

The owner was very prompt, in responding to our initial request for a meeting and quote. He scheduled the installation, showed up on time, completed the work as promised, in a neat and orderly fashion. He even provided additional labor, beyond the work quoted, to paint some existing roof flashing so it would match the new gutters. Furthermore, he returned on a later date, to replace one corner piece, he wasn't completed happy with - wanting to perfect the overall appearance of our new gutters. It went very well. Owner was prompt and friendly and informative on the options available and helped us select. He also worked to help us stay within our budget. He also referred us to a local painter who did a good job for a reasonable price to paint the gutters to match the building. A few years ago, I had had another company put rain gutters on another building and crescenta had by far, a higher quality installation for about the same price. The ONLY complaint would have was that the installer left a little shard of sheet metal snipped off a gutter on the air conditioner fan. I was able to remove it with a magnetic tool. Other than that, the installation went very well and I can recommend this company highly.

It was fine. They gave me a decent price and they did the work. I don't think they rerouted one of the gutters the way they should have. I had one other estimate and their price was lower than that one.

The service provided by Crescent Cindada Rain Gutters went really well. They were good at cleaning up. They were very efficient and have a good warranty. They may be a little slow to respond but the good quality of work is worth waiting for. I would use him again in the future if necessary.
