They did an excellent job and were just great! Very good about letting me know they were running a little late. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

I called on a Sunday, and I immediately received a call back! The appointment was arranged Monday morning for later that day. These came out and did the job without delay. They were very professional.

My main clean out was nearly impossible to find. Lots of under house crawling, lots of digging. Augie and Juan did it all with good humor. They also let me do some of the digging so I could save a few dollars, which I really appreciated. Great guys, fair price. Really like this company and feel like I've found my go-to plumbers.

Juan came right on time, was very friendly and efficient. In short order, everything was fixed!

They returned my call within 30 minutes early in the morning. Scheduled a same day appointment. They came out on time, figured out we had a leak under the house and fixed it within an hour. Price seemed reasonable. We would use them again.

My water heater was having trouble on a late Saturday. The recirculating pump stopped working and the pilot light would not lit. I called the company that installed the water heater for me and they told me that they have to charge me $85 to come out just to light the pilot. I then called Crescenta Canada Plumbing and talked to Augie. He walked me through the pilot lighting process and got it to work. We scheduled an appointment for the following Monday for the rest of the repairs.
On appointment day, Augie and Juan (co-owners) showed up right on time. I told them I was having problem with the hot water backing into the cold water pipe. Augie deduced that there has to be a hot and cold water crossing point somewhere in the piping system. He narrowed it down to the shower in one of the bathrooms. After he replaced the mechanism inside the shower unit, the problem was solved.
My recirculating pump also stopped working. He had to order a replacement unit so we made another appointment later in the week. He explained to me how the existing shut off valve was at the wrong location and proposed to move it to the right spot. All the remaining work was done on the second appointment.
Overall, I am very happy with Crescenta Canada Plumbing. Both Augie and Juan are professional and knowledgeable. They easily solved the problem with their expertise. I had similar problems occurring in the past and the other plumbers I hired couldn't figure out the root cause of the problem. They applied a band-aid solution that only alleviated the problem temporarily. I have the utmost confidence in Augie. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

The workers cleaned up after they were finished and did several tests to make sure I knew everything was working properly.They were fairly inexpensive. They charged me less than what I was quoted. The guy did a good job and I was very happy.

My phone call went directly to the owner, Angie.  He apologized for having to complete another job before he could come to the house.  He showed up that day when he predicted he would.  He used drop cloths in the front hall and in the bathroom.  The job required use of a snake he had to maneuver aggressively to clear the drain.  He and the plumber helping him were courteous, efficient, and fair in what they charged.  They were also thorough in cleaning up after completing the job.  I was a visiting grandparent from way out of state, so finding this company on Angie's list was gratifying.  I have told my son and daughter-in-law to phone Angie and Crescenta Canada Plumbing with any plumbing issues.  Good work!

They did a very great job. Their prices were really good and the guys were really nice. They did look over a cover for me even for it. They were really great. I'm going to use them for all the plumbing. I would highly recommend them.

I will only call this company going forward! Over the course of three days I experienced a steady drip coming from my attic into the second floor bathroom. I initially called two plumbers and they both blamed the nearby A/C unit in the attic. Then, multiple HVAC companies came out to take a look. All of them said we should replace our HVAC system to stop the problem and avoid this in the future. On the day my A/C unit was scheduled to be ripped out, Augie and his partner came out to take a quick look. It took them only a few minutes to notice the pin hole I had in a piece of copper which was spraying water toward the air conditioner. Everyone else was trying to sell me something, but Augie took the time to actually stop, investigate and not just rush to a conclusion. This is an honest company. They were on time, and charged a fair price...They also saved me about $9,000 which was almost spent on a new air conditioner. Thanks, guys!

Each time we have used their services we have been pleased at the quality of their work.  Also, they were prompt, did the work in a timely manner and left the work area very clean.

Our water heater was over 25 years old and it sits in the middle of our house.  We figured it was a flood just waiting to happen.  Augie and Juan came and installed the new unit.  They also figured out a way to route a drain pipe out to our carport, so in case of a leak the water would go there and not into the house.
A couple weeks prior to that they also fixed a leak inside the wall behind our shower.  Had to install a new valve that had a pinhole leak in the side.
For both appointments they were on time and professional.  Easy to work with and reasonably priced.

Augie was very responsive and helpful. They replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently without making a mess. Services were overpriced but worth it in our opinion for the quick turnaround and courteous service.
