Bona Fide Plumbing

He came right out and plugged the leak. He is very responsive and professional. We have used him for minor repairs as well in the last few years. He has always showed up promptly and I would use him again.

We were very pleased with the work Bona Fide Plumbing did for us.  Our pipes had backed up and  Mr. Wollenweber came out that afternoon.  He was extremely professional and friendly.  He advised me what he was planning on doing and estimated the cost at every stage.  And he also gave estimates for a variety of possible problems.  As it turned out a large portion of our clay piping had been broken and full of roots. He showed me using his camera and then again when he pulled out a portion of the pipe.   He and his men worked tirelessly digging, removing old piping, and replacing with new.  I was so impressed with how hard and fast they worked to resolve our problems.  When they finished they even did a great job cleaning up the area they had worked on.  Also, while here,  they replaced our water heater and repaired a sprinkler valve.
We felt his prices were well within the range we expected and that he was trying to keep costs down while doing the best work possible.
From now on Bona Fide  will be our go-to company for all our plumbing needs.

They were realy good. He really had a good assessment of what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. He did it in a timely manner. He said he would have it done in 3-4 hours and he did. The prices were competitive with everyone else.
