They're friendly, informative, and they take exellent care of our cars. We've been doing business with them for a long time. I don't think the price is too out of whack with the other dealers, however, I have no complaints.

Very well. I have run-flat tires and was losing air from one tire. At first the recommendation was because it was a run-flat tire, they could not repair it and I would have to buy a new tire. My customer service representative, Walter, thought it did not make sense and did some research. Fortunately the brand of run-flat tire I had can be fixed in certain circumstances. Instead of looking at a $300 bill, I only had to pay $20.00 for repairing the tire.

The Service team at this Toyota Dealer was extremely helpful in helping me take care of my new car. They were consistently courteous, attentive and patient and the work was always completed on time. They provided complimentary transportation to and from my work while they serviced my car. No detail was overlooked - even took the extra time to sit in my car with me and set up my blue tooth!!!

When I was in the market for a new car, I went to 15 different dealerships to look at three different makes of cars (Toyota, Honda and Ford). The service I received ranged from: (1) being ignored; (2) having the salesman following me around the dealership constantly telling me what kind of car to buy before I had a chance to look; (3) salesman telling me that I have to finance with them to get the car; (4) salesman getting annoyed when I did ask questions (I had a five-page checklist that I filled out for each vehicle I was interested in buying).
All of this changed when I went to Bob Smith Toyota. I was able to look around before being approached by a salesman. The salesman said to let him know if I had any questions and did not follow me around like a puppy. When I did have questions, they were answered promptly and professionally. I subsequently came back to the dealership six times to ask more questions and each time my questions were answered promptly and professionally. I was provided options that I did not think about, but no pressure, just information. The salesman even told me that if I was deciding between 2-3 cars, he would provide a comparison for me to aid in my search. I also inspected the customer lounge, parts store and service bays which were all well maintained. I subsequently bought my Camry at Bob Smith Toyota due to the exceptional service/professionalism that I received from all of the personnel at the dealership from the receptionist to cashiers to salesforce to service representatives and technicians. In the 18 months since I purchased the car, I have never had anything negative to say about this dealership. They do all of the service for my car and go above and beyond to make sure that I'm happy and satisfied with the service. I get an email reminder the day before the service; a phone call, text and email when my car is ready for pick-up; and a complete report of the work done and any recommendations via email and hard copy when I pick up the car. Everything is explained from start to finish. I truly feel that I am part of the Bob Smith Toyota family, not just a customer.

I've been taking my car there for nine years now. The price was reasonable. I can schedule things along the line without calling them up and getting an appointment to bring the car in and they e-mail me back and say okay, and I'm on their schedule when I bring my car in and I know that I can leave it there. They also have a car that takes you back home and also comes back and picks you up and takes you back to the dealer.
