I interviewed them after reading reports here at Angie's List. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and detail when Rich came out to do the estimate. The one issue I had with them is that they did not start the work on time. That was a little aggravating, but once they started I was extremely pleased and would use them again (in fact, I am using them again). The detail and thoroughness that Rich exhibited was also exhibited by his work crew. They were very professional and diligent. They were here for over two weeks, but it was a big job and they worked hard. Their estimate was not the lowest I received but after seeing how hard they worked and the quality of their work I cannot believe that the price was as low as it was. Rich was also very helpful in assisting us in picking colors and actually put sample colors up on the side of the house for us to look at.

Rich gave phone quote without seeing the house as we had a deadline and he missed the scheduled walk through due to illness and showed up unannounced later when we were not home. On the first day of work, he upped the quote saying I had under-reported extent of cracking. We agreed and accepted the revised verbal quote. I picked new paints at the last minute because they didn't use Lowe's paint. The first day's preparation was quick and they were professional. First room done looked great. Later work, however, was completed ahead of schedule but was not good quality. We asked them to re-paint over 100 areas where coverage was uneven or missed. They sent two men back to fix this. Patching quality was good but some cracks have reappeared. Overall work was lower quality than we hoped and although the rep took care of everything, his attitude was hyper, defensive and passive-aggressive. I would not work with them again even to fix new cracks, the experience was unpleasant and too expensive.

THIS IS TOP NOTCH. THEY SPENT AN ENTIRE WEEK PREPPING THE HOUSE TO PAINT.IT CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL.VERY POLITE AND VERY CLEAN.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
