We just closed on our first house which Dave Kutner brokered the mortgage for. Dave was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. He really went above the call of duty to make us feel comfortable and informed which I really appreciated as a first time home buyer. He got us a great rate which we payed very little for in closing costs. I would certainly recommend Dave in the future.

My wife and I just closed on a home and Dave was the broker who helped us with the financing.
Our escrow was not easy and it took over 4 months. We had to go back and forth with the buyer and
it really dragged on. Dave helped us out the entire time. He was very knowledgable and got us a good rate.
We ended up with all closing costs covered and more. Dave helped design a plan where we could use extra credit from the
escrow instead of having to dump it.
Then when we were about to close I made a mistake on an issue that presented some real problems. Dave helped us get over that hump and was invaluable on assisting us to get the loan closed.
I would highly recommend him
