She asked us what we wanted, listened, then found us the perfect house. She was terrific to work with, even making time for us on New Year's Day when we got in a bind with the closing. We had been through two other agents already, and a very nasty experience with a sale that had fallen through at the last moment. As first time buyers we were very skittish after all that, but she didn't hold that against us and always made us feel like we had someone in our corner.
We would definitely use her in the future, although I can't see us giving up this house any time soon!
