I thought they were very responsive in the scheduling process. They were very punctual and he completed the work quickly. The tech was named Alex.

I've been having problems with my dishwasher not draining properly. We had taken a look into it but didn't want to damage the dishwasher troubleshooting the problem ourselves. We called in and made a same day appointment. Oleg, the technician was prompt, polite, and well-mannered and quickly got to work. He found the problem quickly and gave us advice as to how to avoid the problem again since we had had this problem before.
The experience was fast and efficient. I would definitely call this vendor again.
